Project Controls Analyst
Port Authority is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to assist in developing contract specifications for equipment and supplies, including developing Request for Bids. Researches non-contractual products for price quotes according to the specifications. Orders office supplies for company. Monitors budget and reconciles invoices, resolves invoice discrepancies. Maintains adequate stock for office products for the company. Serves as point-of-contact for office services equipment and furniture repairs and issues. Serves as point-of-contact for Post Office mail accounts.
Job requirements include:
•BA/BS in Business, Accounting or Finance or related field. Directly related experience may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis.
•Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience.
•Experience in data analysis, budgeting, and office equipment and maintenance.
•Demonstrated ability in the use of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
•Effective and professional communication and organizational skills.
Preferred attributes:
•Experience in PeopleSoft.
•Experience as a member of an implementation team.
•Experience in evaluating database applications.
•Experience supervising or coordinating efforts of others.
