Not only was Woodruff the only Allegheny County Judicial candidate endorsed by the Democrats, he was the only Allegheny County judicial candidate to receive a positive rating from the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Woodruff is rated “recommended,” meaning, based on legal ability, experience, integrity and temperament, he would be able to perform satisfactorily as a judge or justice of the court for which he is a candidate.
His opponent is rated “highly recommended,” meaning she possesses the highest combination of legal ability, experience, integrity and temperament and would be capable of outstanding performance as a judge or justice of the court for which she is a candidate.
