Achieving Greatness Car Show Sept. 23 at Savoy! (Bill Neal's Column Sept. 20)

:05—The Steelers home opener hit all the right buttons. A great tribute to a great man, Mr. Dan Rooney with a video tribute. Perfect football weather and a good throwback butt kicking to the Minnesota Vikings. (January 12, 1975, Super Bowl IX Steelers 16 – Vikings 6. The Purple People Eaters got chewed up themselves. Limited to Super Bowl record lows of nine first downs, 119 total offensive yards and no offensive scores. Their only score came on a blocked punt and they didn’t even score the extra point.)
:04—I’ll make this short and to the dog-gone point. My man “Zik” once again has these re-occurring unbelievable ideas from an alternate universe that Earl Campbell is, was, could be, might have been…whatever…than Franco Harris. Oh don’t worry. I did ask, “Are you outside your mind?” I cleared this up last year. Campbell was great. A beast to be sure, but he was no Franco Harris. Hit me at 412-628-4856.
:03—Serena Williams had a baby girl, Alexis! OK, let’s go, man. This ain’t “As The World Turns.”
:02—Look, the Pitt season is a long way from over and they will post a winning season when it’s all over, but I do want to sit in a dark room with a wiffle ball bat and talk to the cat that lined up Penn State and Oklahoma State back-to-back. C’mon man!!!
:01—Where’s O.J.? I thought he was free! OMG, they done killed O.J.! Or, don’t tell me he got out and shut his damn mouth.
:00—GAME OVER.
