Some joined for “a time,” others stayed “all night.”
Brown Chapel AME Church on the North Side held its All Night Prayer, from 7 p.m. to midnight, Jan. 26 at the church, 1400 Boyle St. Brown Chapel AME invited all to come hear amazing stories and testimonies, and church members prayed with others who may be going through trials and tribulations.
Guests included saxophonist Calvin Stemley, Brother Decarlo Gilliard, Poet Shelly Lee, Missionary Birdy Reynolds, Elder Barry Ratliff, and many more.
Brown Chapel AME pastor Rev. Aisha Tate also led a series of prayer sessions.
