In the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Orphans’ Court Division, Estate of Nancy J. Norris, deceased, 021605920 of 2018: Notice is hereby given that on January 30, 2018, a Petition was filed by Monet Williams, to terminate the interests of the heirs and devisees (with the exception of the undivided 1/5th interest of Nelson Norris Jr.) of Nancy J. Norris, deceased, in the real estate located at 206 Crest Street, Clairton, PA 15025, with county tax parcel number 0763-P-00071-0000-00, and determine that fee simple title is in Monet Williams. If no exceptions to the Petition are filed within 30 Days, Monet Williams will seek an Order adjudging that 4/5th of Nancy J. Norris’ title is in Monet Williams.
