JAN 18—The African American Chamber of Commerce of Western PA will host its first PowerBreakfast meeting of 2019 with Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald, 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Rivers Club, One Oxford Center, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15222.
