PORTFOLIO ANALYTICS AND STRATEGY MANAGER
The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Portfolio Analytics and Strategy Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. As a member of the Credit Lifecycle Management team, this position performs quantitative analysis including strategy development, execution, and provides in-depth analytics supporting the Retail Lending secured and unsecured line of credit and loan portfolio. Specific duties include: (i) lead all aspects of portfolio account management strategy development to maximize risk adjusted return and optimize balance growth for secured and unsecured line of credit and loan portfolio; (ii) leverage business / product expertise to rigorously analyze large datasets, improve risk adjusted returns, deliver profitable growth and communicate conclusions; (iii) synthesize analytical results and develop, recommend and implement business strategies that improve lending decisions, assist in managing risk, increase revenues, targeted marketing, reduce exposure to losses, meet business goals and improve performance, and establish baselines for strategies and track actual performance to expectations; (iv) assess strategy P&L to establish appropriate profit and loss trade-offs, cost-benefit trade-offs and maximize business benefits by analyzing impact on revenue, spending and risk; (v) apply predictive models, third party data and other tools to develop and execute appropriate segmentation and targeting for portfolio strategies to provide insight into portfolio risk; (vi) collaborate with the line of business, finance and risk partners to assess and establish credit risk appetite and to understand its implications, as well as to establish policies and procedures governing the identification, monitoring and management of risk appetite; and (vii) communicate portfolio strategy updates and analytical results to senior management and working committees in a cross functional environment.
Master’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Agribusiness or Economics plus 3 years of experience in the consumer lending or payments industry, specific to either credit risk, fraud management, or marketing analytics is required. Must have experience with: (i) statistical tools including SAS, Teradata, SQL, UNIX, Tableau, advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; (ii) account management strategy design and campaign analytics for secured or unsecured line or loan products; (iii) data analytics using SAS, SQL, advanced Excel (including writing macros) and Tableau; (iv) data mining and statistical modeling techniques (including regression and decision trees) to drive strategy development; (v) designing segmentation strategies based on customer behavior and transactional patterns; and (vi) building profitability scenarios for credit strategies including cost-benefit analysis for targeted marketing.

Director of Finance, Administration
and Operations
Pittsburgh Center for Arts & Media seeks a Director of Finance, Administration and Operations.  This newly created position will be directly responsible for all finance, administration, facilities including HR and IT. The Director of FA&O will oversee accounting compliance as related to audit, and all regulations, overseeing the annual audit, and all financial activity including banking, invoicing, expense reports, budgeting. The position will also be responsible for all purchasing and vendor management, reviewing contracts for compliance with the organization’s policies and budget. The Director of FA&O F oversees facilities repairs and maintenance of the buildings, equipment and infrastructure in coordination with vendors, contractors and staff including IT, safety equipment, and utilities. Coordination of the HR employee benefits program as well as the vendors and partners related to the HR function. This key position will work with the Executive Director and other senior staff on policy, procedure and planning related to strategic goals and fulfillment of the organization’s mission. QUANTITATIVE ANALYTICS AND MODEL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Quantitative Analytics and Model Development Consultant in Pittsburgh, PA to participate in all aspects of model validation activities. Specific duties include: (i) work with Model Owners and Specialists, and independently perform validations of high impact models in compliance with OCC 2011-12 and PNC’s Model Validation Policy and Guidelines; (ii) as member of the Model Risk Management Group (MRMG), provide oversight and execution to the model validation activities; (iii) receive and review data and assumptions used in models, including model output, in preparation for model validation; (iv) conduct robust and comprehensive model validation testing and analysis in accordance with PNC’s Model Validation Policy and Guidelines; (v) document and present model validation results to the head of the MRMG; and (vi) provide support/analysis on key models assigned, such as VaR models, derivative pricing models, PFE, CVA/FVA, or other complex models.
Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, or Business plus 3 years of experience in position(s) requiring quantitative financial modeling or quantitative financial validation is required. Experience must include: (i) asset valuation, loss forecasting, capital calculation and risk analysis; (ii) work with or for a financial services firm/organization focusing on analytic applications for modeling or model risk; (iii) SAS, R, VBA, Python or Matlab for statistical/stochastic modeling, simulation and large data set manipulation (data sets involving large numbers of records (>10K) or variables (>100) or source systems); and (iv) development of testing methodologies including regression and ANOVA statistical tests and CCAR/DFAST and CECL stress tests, and the creation of working papers. Must have knowledge of modeling methodologies (including the conceptual framework and assumptions of models) and designs and the impact of models on business decision-making.
