The Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh (“Authority”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to perform on-call services that include those of engineers, architects and other professionals as may be required for various maintenance and capital improvement projects of Authority owned facilities and as more fully described in the RFP document.

LANPHER SUPPLY MAIN LEAK ASSESSMENT AND REPAIR
PWSA PROJECT
NO. 2019-OPS-108-0
Work under this contract includes, but not limited to: Internal repair of a segment of the Lanpher Supply Main in order to correct leakage from the Main. The portion of the Supply Main to be repaired is 60-inch diameter prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP)-embedded cylinder pipe (ECP) construction. Work location is along Route PA 28 between 329 East Ohio Street in the Borough of Millvale and the 40th Street Bridge. Work includes, but not limited to: draining a segment of the Lanpher Supply Main; performance of internal electromagnetic pipe condition inspection; specific repairs to address leakage points; and chlorination and dichlorination after completion of repairs.
