Project Manager
Port Authority is seeking a Project Manager, to provide project management oversight for all phases of the Authority’s non-construction projects including but not limited to project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, change management, and closure. The ability to ensure project objectives, budgets, resources, deliverables, and timelines are met as outlined in the project schedule.  This position will work closely with multiple internal departments to create reports based upon deliverables and organizational goals.
Essential Functions:
•Utilizes project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet the Authority and customers’ expectations.
•Exercises direct responsibility for management of projects including planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, communication, issue resolution, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
•Develop and maintain a master schedule for projects. Focuses management efforts on ensuring the various activities are coordinated, critical path activities are achieved and the project is completed on time.
Job requirements include:
•BS Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a directly related field from an accredited college or university.
•Minimum of five (5) years of project coordination or related project management experience.
•A combination of directly related education and experience may be substituted for the above stated minimums.
•Professional and effective communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability in the use of Windows, Word and Excel.
•Valid PA driver’s license.
Preferred attributes:
•Master’s Degree.
•Current Project Management Professional certificate.
