In the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Orphans’ Court Division, Estate of David L. Fisher, deceased, Case No. 021906135 of 2019: Notice is hereby given that on October 2, 2019, a Petition was filed by Mary Fisher to terminate the interests of the heirs and devisees of David L. Fisher, deceased, in the real estate located at 406 West Prospect Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15205, and determine that fee simple title is in Mary Fisher. If no exceptions to the Petition are filed within 30 days, Petitioner will seek an Order adjudging that David L. Fisher’s title is in Mary Fisher.

The Trustee named below gives notice of the death of ELEANOR M. DEBSKI, late of the Borough of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, who died on September 3, 2019. During her lifetime, the said Decedent established a revocale trust under Trust Investment dated January 9, 2004, of which George R. Debski is the Trustee. The Trustee requests all persons having claims against the Decedent to make known the same in writing to him or his attorney, and all persons indebted to the Decedent to make payment to him without delay: George R.
