The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) is accepting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from Professional Construction Management or Engineering Firms who wish to be considered for the following:
On-Call Construction Management and Resident Inspection Services for Small to Mid-Sized Capital Projects, As Needed
Interceptors
Interested Parties shall submit ten (10) bound paper copies and one electronic copy on a CD/memory stick in a sealed envelope plainly marked:

All questions should be submitted, in writing, to Suzanne Thomas at Suzanne.thomas@alcosan.org.
ALCOSAN intends to award the services to at least four firms. All submittals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 16, 2019 at the ALCOSAN Procurement Department. Please allow time to process through security. If the documents are sent via courier, it is Consultant’s responsibility to ensure the documents have been received. Late submittals will not be considered and will be returned unopened. ALCOSAN encourages businesses owned and operated by minorities, disadvantaged and women’s business enterprises to submit qualification statements or to participate as subcontractors or suppliers to the selected Consultant/Firm. Public Notice of Revised Flat Rent Schedule
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), in accordance with federal law and regulation, is proposing revisions to its Low Income Public Housing Flat Rent Schedule.
The revised HACP Flat Rent Schedule is available for review and comment from
November 15, 2019 to December 16, 2019 at the following locations:
•HACP Operations Department 200 Ross St. 6th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219;
•HACP Web Site: www.hacp.org;
•HACP Management Offices
A Public Hearing to receive public comments on the revised HACP Flat Rent Schedule will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at 200 Ross St., 9th floor Board Room.
Written comments on the proposed revisions to the HACP Flat Rent Schedule must be addressed to “Attention: HACP Flat Rent Schedule” at HACP Department of Operations, Asset Management, 200 Ross St. 6th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, and must be received by 12:00 p.m. on December 17, 2019.
Once approved, the final revised HACP Flat Rent Schedule will be effective February 1, 2020.
