Independence Ahead Mobile Transition Age Youth program
Pressley Ridge, one of the 2019 Pittsburgh Post Gazette’s Top Work Places, is hiring for it’s Independence Ahead Mobile Transition Age Youth program working in the community with transition age young adults who have mental health needs. Using a coordinated team approach, we help young adults with their mental health needs as well as building community and independent living skills so that they can transition into adulthood living successfully and happily as a member of the larger community. We have a current need for the following positions in this program: Service Coordinator, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Peer Support Specialist. Our community based specialists receive high quality supervision, training, and professional development.
