The annual African American Read-In, at the Homewood Library

The annual African American Read-In was held, Feb. 1, at the Carnegie Library in Homewood. The African American Read-In is a partnership between the UBBCP, the Pittsburgh Black Media Federation, and the Homewood Library. The goal of the event is to encourage all, young and seasoned, to read and celebrate African American literacy.
