– SENIOR
UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside seeks a Software Test Engineer – Senior to work in Pittsburgh (Allegheny County), PA. Verify and validate requirements for given features within projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer needs. Take ownership of project testing strategies, review requirements and specifications for clarity, plan the testing approach, design test cases, and execute tests in an Agile/SCRUM based software development model. Design, create, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and department tools. Create test strategies, plans, and cases for various applications. Senior Analyst

Port Authority is seeking a Senior Analyst – Reporting to be primarily responsible for generation of monthly and quarterly financial reports. PeopleSoft/Oracle FMIS system troubleshooting and performance of non-technical system corrections. Acts as liaison/coordinator to Information Technology department for all PeopleSoft FMIS issues identification, resolution, system refinements and corrections. Provides functional support and training to Finance Division end users. This position also is the point of collection for National Transit Database (NTD) report and responsible for the development of the annual cost allocation plan
Essential Functions:
•Leads the development PeopleSoft/Oracle FMIS financial report(s) specifications and the generation of the financial reports and coordinates report requests with Information Technology.
•Performs cashflow forecasting for the Port Authority’s Operating Budget.
•Performs troubleshooting and non- technical corrections to PeopleSoft/Oracle FMIS System, primarily, to the Budgeting and Reporting systems.
•Acts as liaison to Information Technology for PeopleSoft/Oracle FMIS system refinements, corrections and future enhancements.
•Leads in the development of the annual Cost Allocation Plan.
•Responsible for annual survey preparation, ad hoc report and analysis requests and assists in the completion of the annual Operating Budget.
Job requirements include:
•BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or directly related field from an accredited school and a minimum of three (3) years experience in Accounting. Finance, Budgeting or directly related field. Directly related experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
