The Westmoreland County Housing Authority (WCHA) is requesting construction bids for (1) prime contract consisting of: Exterior Restoration Construction (ERC) associated with the following project:

Sealed bids will be received by Michael L. Washowich, Executive Director, until April 15, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Standard Time) at the office of the Westmoreland County Housing Authority, 167 South Greengate Road, Greensburg PA 15601, at which time they will be opened publicly via a video conference.
Interested respondents can obtain bid documents by downloading from www.wchaonline.com. Bidders shall be registered on the WCHA ā€“ Procurement Database to obtain said documents. Inquiries and plan holder registration can be emailed to eriks@wchaonline.com. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference Call will occur on April 3, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. (E.S.T.).

THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH will receive sealed bids for the Hamilton ā€“ Larimer Demolition, AMP-39
The construction work is estimated to begin in Summer of 2020.
Bid Documents will be available on or about Monday, March 23, 2020 and may be obtained from the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburghā€™s webpage, www.hacp.org. Bidders may register on the website and download the bid documents free of charge. Electronic versions of the Bid Documents, including bid forms, project manual, and drawings can be picked up in person, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at:

A Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.:

THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH reserves the right to waive any informality in, or reject any and all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH.
The Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity requirements for Federally Assisted Construction Contracts. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sexual preference, handicap or national origin.
HACP has revised its website. As part of those revisions, vendors must now register and log-in, in order to view and download IFB/RFP documentation.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Contract No. ACHA-1627 Audit Services
The Allegheny County Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified CPA firms or Certified Public Accountants to audit financial statements under the Single Audit. The Audit is to be prepared according to generally accepted accounting principles, government auditing standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the provisions of The Uniform Grant guidance (UGG).

A pre-proposal conference (Not Mandatory) will be held in the Authorityā€™s Boardroom on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 2:00p.m. Proposal submittals are due no later than 12:00 p.m., Monday, May 11, 2020 at the Allegheny County Housing Authority.
The Authority encourages responses from Ā§3 business concerns, small firms, minority firms and firms that have not previously performed work for the ACHA. The Allegheny County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all submissions.
