NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Allegheny County Housing Authority (ACHA) is currently in the process of changing its 2021 Agency Plan (annual and 5-year plans) in conjunction with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act. Changes to the Agency Plan, once approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), will guide the ACHA in serving the needs of low-income and very low-income families during the 5-year period beginning October 1, 2020.
The proposed changes to the Agency Plan and all supporting documents are available for review and inspection by the public at https://www.achsng.com.
A public hearing has been scheduled for Friday, June 19, 2020, at 10:15 a.m. to present the changed Agency Plan and to allow public participation. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and PA emergency management restrictions, this meeting will be modified to take place virtually and NOT at the Authority’s Central Office which is physically closed to the public.
The public is encouraged to participate in the meeting in the following way:
1.Comments regarding the proposed changes to the Agency Plan may be submitted via email at jbulls@achsng.com no later than 5 days before the scheduled meeting.
2. The public may call in on the following GoToMeeting conference line – United States (Toll Free): 1-866-899-4679 to join the meeting.
The Access Code for the meeting will be available on the Authority’s website at https://www.achsng.com. The conference line will be open five minutes before the start of the meeting.
The meeting will proceed in a modified manner with attendees participating remotely through electronic means.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF
ALLEGHENY COUNTY
The Community College Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting on May 7, 2020. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the meeting will be held virtually beginning at 4:00p.m. and streamed on CCAC’s YouTube page at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHredThkcovF-8JzeHw8g_A. A copy of the Agenda for the Board meeting will be made available for review on the College’s website (www.ccac.edu) on May 4, 2020.
Comments regarding items scheduled for action by the Board may be submitted via email to brichardson@ccac.edu by no later than 3:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Comments will be read into the record, up to a maximum of three minutes each.
