The Allegheny County Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified firms/individuals to perform Financial (Accounting) Consulting Services.
Request for Proposals and Contract Documents are on file and may be obtained, at no charge, in the Finance Department of the Allegheny County Housing Authority, Pleasant Ridge Community Center, 251 Jefferson Drive, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, or by contacting the ACHA at (412) 402-2435, or via email at

A pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Ridge Community Center. Proposals will be due Monday, July 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at the address listed above.

The County’s Petition was originally noticed to be presented on April 27, 2020 but could not be presented due to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Order of March 16, 2020, as amended, declaring a statewide judicial emergency because of COVID-19. On June 3, 2020 the County obtained an Order for Possession in each of the above condemnation proceedings and tendered its estimate of just compensation to the Department of Court Records on June 10, 2020. Pursuant to said Order all moneys are now being held by the Department of Court Records/Civil Family Division until further Order directing payment of said amounts to the Condemnees and/or persons entitled thereto pursuant to 26 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 521 and 522.
