Position: Administrative Assistant – Commercial Lending
The ideal candidate for this “hands-on” position is one who is comfortable in a fast-paced, team based collaborative atmosphere with varied responsibilities based on priorities of the current situation.
•Prepare and monitor reports, spreadsheets and correspondence on an as needed basis
•Attend weekly loan approval meeting and compile minutes for bank record
•Maintain documentation and insurance on bank owned real estate.
•Monitor reports for Small Business Administration loans
•Monitor reports for the Commercial Loan Pipeline management system.
•Adhere to timelines and deadlines established based on the department workflow.
•Strong organizational skills;
•Robust problem solving skills;
•Intermediate to advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to learn
•Must be able to produce at a high level and meet imposed deadlines in a fast paced, demanding environment.
•Must be able to work independently and in a cooperative team environment;
•Ensure effective written and verbal communication with staff, management and clients.
