Provide technology support for staff and students on technology related issues. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and escalate technology issues when appropriate including such tasks as: device deployment, software and hardware support, coordinating repairs with vendors, documenting processes, managing inventory, and identifying and analyzing trends.
Experience in a varied technology environment, particularly in macOS, iPadOS/iOS, Windows, and Chrome OS preferred.
