that on August 4, 2021, a petition was filed
by Shirley A. Seals to terminate the interests
of the heirs and devisees of Thomasena B.
Seals, deceased, in the real estate located at
1519 Brighton Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 (Parcel
23-J-2) and to determine that fee simple title
is in Shirley A. Seals. If no objections to the
Petition are filed within thirty (30) days, Shirley
- Seals will seek an Order of Court adjudging
that Decedent’s title to said real estate lies in
