Sealed Bids for CONTRACT NO.

1751 – EMERGENCY SEWER

TELEVISING CONTRACT 2022-

2023 shall be received at the

Engineering Department office of

the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority,

3300 Preble Avenue, Pittsburgh,

PA, 15233, until 2:00 P.M., Prevailing

Time, Tuesday, November 16, 2021

and then shall be publicly opened

and read. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be

held via a video conference call on

Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 2:00

P.M., Prevailing Time.

ALCOSAN encourages businesses

owned and operated by minorities

and women to submit bids on Authority

Contracts or to participate as

subcontractors or suppliers to successful

Bidders. Successful Bidders are to

use minority and women’s businesses

to the fullest extent possible.

Contract Documents may be examined

and obtained at the Engineering

office of the Authority. A non-refundable

fee of One hundred dollars ($100)

(no cash or credit cards will be

accepted) will be charged for each

set of Contract Documents

received. Bid Security shall be

furnished by providing with the Bid

a Certified Check or Bid Bond in

the amount of 10% of the Bid Price.

Contract documents must

be purchased directly from

ALCOSAN to qualify as an eligible

bidder.

Heights 4 Building Roof Replacement

– AMP 09

The construction work is estimated

to begin in February of 2022.

Bid Documents will be available

on or about Monday, October 11,

2021 and may be obtained from the

Housing Authority of the City of

withdrawn for a period of sixty (60)
