NEW PITTSBURGH COURIER ASSISTANT TO THE PUBLISHER STEPHAN BROADUS was honored at B-PEP’s Jazz celebration. Broadus was the original co-coordinator with Stevens when B-PEP began in 1986. “It’s something that I’ve been proud of for years, getting that started and helping to get folks registered to vote,” Broadus said.
