PUBLIC NOTICE
OPENING OF WAITING LISTS
Effective Monday, January 24, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. until Monday, February 14, 2022 at 11:59 p.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) will be accepting pre-applications online ONLY for the following Project Based Voucher Site Based Community:
- Cornerstone Village Phase IV – (one (1), two (2) and three (3) bedroom only) – 185 Larimer Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
Phase IV includes the Larimer School building.
Not all households will be eligible for a one (1), two (2) or three (3) bedroom unit, as the age, gender and relationships of household members affect the number of bedrooms for which a household is eligible. Income and eligibility restrictions of the Housing Choice Voucher Program apply.
Pre-applications for Cornerstone Village Phase IV will be accepted online ONLY at www.hacp.org and can be submitted from any computer, laptop or smartphone with internet access. No pre-applications will be accepted before 8:00 a.m., Monday, January 24, 2022, or after 11:59 p.m., Monday, February 14, 2022. Printed pre-applications will not be available at any of the HACP properties or offices.
Effective Monday, January 24, 2022 at 8:00 a.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) will open the waiting list for the following Project Based Voucher Site Based Community:
- Hillcrest Senior Residences – (one- (1) bedroom units only) – 2948 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
These units require the head of household, spouse or co-head of household to be at least 62 years of age. Not all households will be eligible for a one- (1) bedroom unit, as the age, relationships and number of household members affects the number of bedrooms for which a household is eligible. Income and eligibility restrictions of the Housing Choice Voucher Program apply.
Pre-applications for Hillcrest Senior Residences will be accepted online ONLY at www.hacp.org and can be submitted from any computer, laptop or smartphone with internet access. No pre-applications will be accepted before 8:00 a.m., Monday, January 24, 2022. Printed pre-applications will not be available at any of the HACP properties or offices.
Position on the waiting list/s will be determined based upon date and time the completed pre-application/s is/are accepted by the on-line system.

This event is for Project Based Vouchers for Cornerstone Village Phase IV and Hillcrest Senior Residences ONLY and is completely separate from the HACP Housing Choice Voucher and Low Income Public Housing Programs.
