Allegheny County Housing Authority (ACHA) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide lawn care maintenance for two ACHA properties, Meyer Ridge and Pleasant Ridge both located in McKees Rocks, PA. ACHA is now conducting all competitive solicitation on an internet-based eProcurement Housing Marketplace. ACHA is paying for all costs for the use of the Marketplace so, there will be no additional charges for your company to use the Marketplace to download documents or submit responses to ACHA.

CONSULTING SERVICES
The Westmoreland County Housing Authority (WCHA) is seeking qualified consultants/individuals who specialize in health-related benefit consulting services for the Authority’s benefit programs (excluding pension). Respondents must be licensed and/or registered to provide such services in Pennsylvania. Interested respondents can obtain hard copy bid documents from the WCHA Administration Office at the address listed above. Electronic bid documents are available for download at www.wchaonline.com. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. Questions regarding any of the above bids will not be entertained by the Port Authority within five (5) business days of the scheduled bid opening.
These contracts may be subject to a financial assistance contract between Port Authority of Allegheny County and the United States Department of Transportation. The Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.
Contractor is responsible for expenses related to acquiring a performance bond and insurance where applicable. All items are to be FOB delivered unless otherwise specified. Costs for delivery, bond, and insurance shall be included in bidder’s proposal pricing.

EAST LIBERTY PENN CIRCLE TWO-WAY CONVERSION SITE PREPARATION NO. 6 –
BID INVITATION:
The URBAN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY of Pittsburgh will receive bids from PennDOT Pre-Qualified contractors only for the two-way conversion of Penn Circle along Station Street and Euclid Avenue; in the East Liberty neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh, and all work incidental there torequired to complete the East Liberty Penn Circle: Two-Way Conversion Site Preparation Contract No. 6.
Respondents will be required to submit their PennDOT pre-qualification number with their bid submission.
Bids will be accepted no later than 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, the 8th day of March 2022, via IWT (Ion Wave Technology). The contractor is to notify the URA via phone or email at least 30 minutes before bids are due if there is a problem encountered while submitting through the IWT portal. No late bids will be accepted.
Contract documents will be electronically available after 12:00pm on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, only on IWT. Paper copies will not be available for pickup. Contract documents will not be mailed.
Bids will only be accepted through IWT.
