All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified and meet the work classification codes of E, F, and F1. All bids submitted must have the Contractor’s valid pre-qualification certification attached to the outside of the bid or it will be rejected.
A Non-Collusion Affidavit must accompany each bid.
The Bids must be made to The Town of McCandless, and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid during the sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee except as permitted by law.

Devlin Park Tennis Court Reconstruction
The reconstructing and conversion of the current exterior court facility to accommodate four pickleball courts. This work will include the removal of all fence fabric, removal of several fencing posts and footings, and all tennis court netting posts and foundations. The contractor will excavate an area (approx. 12’ X 126’) for addition court surface. Install two inches (2”) of HMA binder material followed by one- and one-half inches (1 ½”) of HMA surface course. The installation of new fence posts and fence fabric where specified and reinstallation of removed fence fabric, gates, and hardware over existing fence posts. New tennis and pickleball court net sleeves, posts, and footings will be installed. The final stage involves the application of surfacer, two coats of acrylic color, and line striping. The contractor will clean the site and repair/seed damaged landscape areas.

ANNUAL PLAN
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), in accordance with federal law and regulation, is proposing revisions to its HUD approved FY 2022 Moving to Work (MTW) Annual Plan. The Plan is being revised to include new provisions for the administration and implementation of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) payment standards.

The Allegheny County Housing Authority is seeking proposals from responsible property owners interested in providing expanded rental housing opportunities for
Veterans. Properties must be
existing housing in Allegheny County, excluding the City of Pittsburgh and the City of McKeesport, in close proximity to the Veteran’s Administration. The minimum contract term will be 15 years with a maximum contract term of 20 years at the ACHA’s option.
The ACHA will begin to accept proposals
