The Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh (Authority) is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents to provide Consultant Services for the Upgrades to the Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) at Five (5) Parking Authority Garages, as more fully described in the formal RFP document.
