The Courier congratulates the Men of Excellence Class of 2022

After being held, virtually, last year, the Men of Excellence Awards are back. On Thursday, Sept. 22, the Courier will celebrate a new class of 50 men at its 2022 Men of Excellence Awards Dinner, which will be held at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square, 300 W. Station Square Drive, in Pittsburgh, from 6-9 p.m.

The honor celebrates the vision, leadership, exceptional achievements, and community service of African American men from the Greater Pittsburgh area. These individuals who are businesspersons, philanthropists, entrepreneurs and community leaders, have dedicated their time and talents to serving their professions and various communities.

Additionally, the Courier will recognize Tim Stevens, chairman & CEO of the Black Political Empowerment Project (B-PEP) and co-convener of the Greater Pittsburgh Coalition Against Violence, and the former NAACP Pittsburgh Branch president, as the Legacy Award recipient.

Tickets for the event are $90 per person and $900 for a table that seats 10. To purchase tickets, visit www.newpittsburghcourier.com/moe2022 or call Allison Palm at 412-481-8302 ext. 136.
