As part of the BrashearCARES Hilltop Community Center, The Brashear Association, Inc. “Brashear” is seeking qualifications from firms interested in being selected as an at-risk construction manager for a new ~20,000 SF commercial building that will feature a market, café, and other community-oriented space. The project is in the City of Pittsburgh in the 300 block of Brownsville Road. The scope of services includes pre-construction, estimating, bidding, RACP compliance, and construction oversight and management.
