Mothers’ Day provides a chance to recognize the special mother figures in our lives for their love, humor, presence, advice and so much more. But being a mom is a year-round commitment and the title “Mom” doesn’t stop with those who care for human babies –– pets and plants need love, too.

Black moms are on the go, getting things done, showing up, and showing out how they do, in their own special ways. That’s why the Black Information Network compiled these Black-owned businesses that are specially designed to accommodate and support moms of all kinds.

Here are 10 Black-owned businesses for moms everywhere.
