RESOLUTION OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
BLIGHT 2 LIGHT, INC
ADVISING DISSOLUTION
Pursuant to a duly made and seconded motion, the following resolution was adopted by the affirmative and unanimous vote of the Board of Directors of Blight 2 Light, Inc.
RESOLVED, that said Corporation shall now be dissolved in a manner as prescribed by law and by the Bylaws of said Corporation, and it is FURTHER RESOLVED, that a meeting on June 7th, 2019 of all Members of the Board of Directors will be called to take action upon this resolution.
The undersigned, Mark Fichtner, President of Blight 2 Light and member of the Board of Directors, certifies that he is duly appointed and that the above is a true and correct copy of the meeting of the directors thereof, convened and held in accordance with the law and the Bylaws of Blight 2 Light, Inc on and that such resolution is now in full force and effect.
