The Whitney M. Young Service Awards Dinner is an annual event dedicated to recognizing individuals who exemplify the spirit of service and leadership in their communities. Through this event, THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA LAUREL HIGHLANDS COUNCIL honors the legacy of Whitney M.
