HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH

PUBLIC NOTICE OF

PROPOSED FY 2025 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM PAYMENT STANDARDS

Pursuant to regulations 24 CFR 982.503, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) has completed its annual review and update of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Payment Standard Charts. The proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 HCV Payment Standard

Charts are available for review and comment from Thursday, September  26, 2024, to Saturday, October 26, 2024, on the HACP website:

www.hacp.org.

Written comments on the FY 2025 HCV Payment Standard Charts must be addressed to “Attention: FY 2025 HCV Payment Standard Charts” at the HACP Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Depart­ment, 412 Boulevard of the Allies, 5th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, and must be received by the close of business (5:00 pm) on Monday, October 28, 2024.

Public hearings to receive public comments on the proposed FY 2025 HCV Payment Standard Charts will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom meeting information can be accessed at www.hacp.org.
