Sean “Jay-Z” Carter is facing new allegations that he raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000 along with Sean “Diddy” Combs, NBC News reports.

In the lawsuit, an anonymous accuser, identified as “Jane Doe,” claimed the assault occurred during an MTV Video Music Awards after-party.

The lawsuit was originally filed in October, listing Diddy as a defendant. On Sunday (December 8), the lawsuit was refiled to include Jay-Z. It is among several suits accusing Diddy of assault and rape recently filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee.

Jay-Z vehemently denied the allegations in a statement to NBC News.

“These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?” Jay-Z said.

“These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”

The amended lawsuit comes after federal prosecutors charged Diddy in September with racketeering, sex trafficking, and other offenses. Diddy has denied the allegations against him and is currently behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, awaiting trial scheduled for May 5.

The lawsuit refiling on Sunday marks the first suit filed by Buzbee that names another high-profile defendant.

Prior to the amendment, “Carter received a letter from Plaintiff’s counsel requesting a mediation to resolve this matter,” Buzbee wrote in the suit. Buzbee said Jay-Z then filed his own lawsuit against the accuser’s attorneys in response to the letter.

Jay-Z addressed the letter in his statement.

“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a “lawyer” named Tony Buzbee. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle,” the statement reads. “No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!”

According to the lawsuit, Jay-Z and Diddy raped a 13-year-old Jane Doe at a house party in 2000 following the MTV Video Music Awards in New York.

The lawsuit states that Jane Doe went to the VMAs without a ticket and tried to gain access to the show or an after-party by approaching various limousines.

One limousine driver allegedly told her that he worked for Diddy and that she would “fit what Diddy was looking for.” According to the lawsuit, the driver picked her up after the show and took her to a house she claims was filled with celebrities and people doing marijuana and cocaine.

Jane Doe was allegedly given a drink that made her feel “woozy, lightheaded and felt [like] she needed to lie down.” She went to rest in a room, where Jay-Z and Diddy later approached her saying, “You are ready to party!” according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit states Jay-Z then took off her clothes, held her down, and raped her while Diddy and an unnamed celebrity watched. Jane Doe alleged that Diddy also raped her that night while Jay-Z and the celebrity looked on.

Following the alleged assault, Jane Doe “grabbed her clothes” and left, according to the lawsuit. She then went to a gas station, where she called her father.
