Effective Monday, April 14, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. until Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) will be accepting pre-applications online ONLY for the following Project Based Voucher Site Based Community:

Not all households will be eligible for the specific bedroom size units listed, as the age, gender, relationships and number of household members affect the number of bedrooms for which a household is eligible. Income and eligibility restrictions of the Housing Choice Voucher Program apply. Pre-applications for the above community will be accepted online ONLY at www.hacp.org and can be submitted from any computer, laptop or smartphone with internet access. No pre-applications will be accepted before 8:00 a.m., Monday, April 14, 2025, or after 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Printed pre-applications will not be available at any of the HACP properties or offices.

Position on the waiting list will be determined based upon the date and time the completed pre-application is accepted by the on-line system.

There is no right of redemption, or right of possession based upon a right of redemption, in the mortgagor or others subsequent to a foreclosure completed pursuant to the Act.
