Rapper Lil Yachty is teaming up with McDonald’s to kick off a new initiative celebrating the restaurant chain’s crew members.

Thank You Crew is McDonald’s way of showing appreciation to the people who help keep its stores up and running. McDonald’s recognizes the local crew and managers across the country who’ve gone above and beyond and the “Yacht Club” rapper is personally getting involved with saying “thank you.”

According to a press release shared with the Black Information Network, Lil Yachty kicked things off in his hometown of Atlanta. He surprised three of his biggest fans known for going the extra mile –– including Bryan, who has quickly gone from an hourly employee to a general manager; Ramona who customers have consistently called one of their Drive Thru favorites, and Brittany who is seeking leadership opportunities within the company.
