MARCH 20—The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh will host its Business Series from 12:15-1:15 p.m. at the Downtown & Business location, 612 Smithfield St., Downtown. The topic is “E-Magnify: Small Business Counseling for Women.” Debra Mason, of E-Magnify, will discuss how Seton Hill University’s E-Magnify Women Business Center can help women start and grow their businesses through counseling, mentoring and training opportunities. MARCH 20—UPMC will host its “Supplier Diversity Collaboration for Growth” Event from 3:30-6:30 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel, 1 Bigelow Square, Downtown. This event will bring together UPMC MWDBE Suppliers; UPMC Supply Chain Management leadership; local corporations; city, state and county officials, governmental agencies; and others from vital organizations that support minority business growth and development.
