The Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives hosted its William H. Moore Awards and Scholarship Luncheon at the River’s Casino, Allegheny Room, on the North Shore.
The theme was: “NOBLE recognizing volunteers who give of themselves to service others.” Awards nominees included Emma Rhodes, Vanessa German, retired Pa. State Trooper David Giddens and Roxanne Plater. Chief Russell Carlino was awarded the NOBLE Officer of the Year honor. Proceeds from the event will benefit NOBLE’s scholarship and youth programs.
