Industry Day #2 and Small Business Fair
This year the Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) is expanding its annual Small Business Fair to provide the opportunity for local, small, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) to meet with various departments at ACAA and to learn about upcoming procurement opportunities related to Terminal Modernization Program. In addition to offering information on the TMP, the Industry Day event is open to local consultants, construction companies and vendors interested in doing business with the Allegheny County Airport Authority and provides an opportunity for local firms to meet other firms interested in the TMP and explore potential partnering opportunities. The event will run from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Airport Hyatt Regency on Tuesday March 13, 2018, with an optional self-guided tour of the Airside Terminal from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration for the event and self-guided tour, along with additional information, is available at www.pittransformed.com. It is recommended that you preregister to attend the event.

NOTICE
The Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office gives notice that forfeiture actions have commenced against the following seizures of United States Currency pursuant to Title 42, Chapter 58 (Forfeiture of Assets) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, and other laws of the Commonwealth; $609.00 on December 10, 2014 from LaRoy Stevenson at 2302 Patterson Avenue, Apartment 101, Swissvale and $351.00 on February 19, 2014 from Patrick Sanders at Tomlinson Way, Swissvale, both seized by the District Attorney Narcotics Enforcement Team; $19,480.00 on October 18, 2015 from Ronald Riviere, Crashaunda Goins, and/or Brittany McCourt at 8312 Pierce Street, Verona seized by the Penn Hills Police Department. Any claimants to the property are hereby notified to file a claim with the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and serve a copy of the claim on the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, Asset Forfeiture Unit, at 303 Courthouse, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219, no later than March 16, 2018. If no claim is filed on or before March 16, 2018, the property shall be summarily forfeited to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the custody of the Allegheny County District Attorney.
