CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Chief Information Officer in Pittsburgh, PA. Specific duties include: (i) direct and lead Information Technology (IT) functions, services, and governance specific to PNC Retail Technology’s transformation; (ii) establish and drive the digital transformation strategy, plan, vision, and culture to support and advance business goals to differentiate PNC’s customer experience and reinvest how PNC interacts with and serves customers; (iii) establish and drive the core platform transformation and rationalization strategy, as well as planning and execution to replace legacy systems/infrastructure enabling the bank’s ability to respond to the dynamic nature of the current economy and customer expectations and rapidly evolving cyber security landscape; (iv) manage, coordinate and facilitate the implementation of latest technologies, methodologies, and best practices, while also instilling a discipline around Return on Investment and next generation solutions; (v) develop and administer IT policies and procedures, ensuring the delivery of quality services and alignment with regulatory compliance; (vi) manage the bank’s risk profile and its responsiveness to existing and emerging threats; and (vii) manage the performance digital transformation functions and services, participating in team management and team building. Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, plus ten (10) years of experience in an information technology management position, in or for a retail financial services company, including experience with technology transformation, operations, and risk management (including both operational and cyber). Must have experience with the following: (i) five (5) years of information technology management experience over multiple geographic locations; (ii) three (3) years of experience with software development, network and cyber security, information technology operations, and regulatory experience; (iii) experience with software development including the following: programming languages, including Java, C/C++, or .Net; internet languages, including HTML, CSS, and XSL; application server experience, including WebSphere, Jboss, or Tomcat; database experience, including Oracle and SQL Server; Cloud experience, including Cloud platforms (Bluemix, AWS, Azure or GCP); and architecture, design and implementation of n-tier enterprise architectures; (iv) network and cyber security experience, including CISCO switches, intrusion detection and prevention (IDS and IPS), Proxy (BlueCoat), Firewall design (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point), and application and network monitoring (Riverbed, CISCO, or Splunk); (v) information technology operations experience, including enterprise scheduling (Tidal) and Information Technology service management (ServiceNow); (vi) regulatory experience, including implementation of BASEL II, PSD2, and AML; (vii) strategic consultation experience within a retail financial services technology and infrastructure, including CRM, core banking implementation and upgrades; and digital transformations, including setup of Greenfield operations; and (viii) experience with strategy, execution and operations of systems development life cycle, including Agile and Devops, cyber security – secure coding, threat assessment and testing, and testing and quality assurance with a focus on automation and repeatability.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER SENIOR
The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Software Developer Senior in Pittsburgh, PA to participate in all aspects of PNC’s C&IB Testing Center of Excellence activities. Specific duties include: (i) provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms; (ii) propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs; (iii) write code, test and deploy software; (iv) prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software; (v) maintain and debug software; (vi) application testing and delivery; (vii) technical troubleshooting; (viii) software development lifecycle; (ix) work with various testing teams in close collaboration to learn and validate the business user scenarios for functional, systems integrated and user acceptance testing; (x) work with the performance testing team to ensure all aspects, user interfaces, integrations and user scenarios of the developed applications can be performance and load tested before actual implementation; and (xi) collaborate with process architects to document and create test plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 3 years of experience in a software development position requiring Agile methodologies, Software Testing, System Integration, Quality Assurance, and Payments Processing is required. Must have experience with: (i) Payments Applications (GPP) and end to end business process for FED and SWIFT payment; (ii) Agile development methodology and Version One/JIRA tools; (iii) Test Automation (UFT and Selenium) using TestNG and cucumber framework; (iv) Java and JavaScript development skills; (v) test management tool (HP ALM); (vi) Microsoft Project (test plan management), Visio (process mapping), and Share Point (maintenance of knowledge management repository); (vii) CMMI, Six Sigma, and ISO 9000; (viii) integration standards including Web Services REST and SOAP US; (ix) test estimation and planning; (x) WebSphere Application Server; (xi) web based UI technologies; and (xii) platform Best Practices and their application.
