The Wilkins Township Board of Commissioners will consider adoption of the following Ordinance at a public meeting to be held on the 14st day of July 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 110 Peffer Road, Wilkins Township, Pennsylvania. The complete text of the Ordinance is on file and may be inspected in the Office of the Township Secretary at the aforesaid Municipal Building during normal business hours.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF WILKINS, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA,
AUTHORIZING THE TOWNSHIP TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH CHURCHILL BOROUGH FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPAYING WILKINS THE COST OF TRANSFERRING SEWER LINES T-07 AND T-09 TO ALCOSAN.
SUMMARY
The Ordinance adopts an
Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement that sets forth the
parameters for the repayment of $50,367.37 by Churchill Borough to Wilkins Township for the transfer of multi-municipal sanitary sewer trunk lines T-07 and T-09 to the
Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (“ALCOSAN”).
