Sabrina Saunders Mosby is helping Southwestern Pennsylvania compete for talent by connecting employers, institutions and communities. As President and CEO of Vibrant Pittsburgh, she leads efforts to strengthen workforce competitiveness, talent retention and organizational performance.

Under her leadership, the organization has grown into a network reaching more than 50,000 stakeholders and engaging over 140 employers, institutions and community partners. Her approach draws on more than 20 years of executive and civic experience guiding organizational growth, building partnerships and diversifying revenue.

In 2025, Mosby was selected among 10 regional leaders to represent Pittsburgh in Harvard Business School's Young American Leaders Program. Her honors include the Pittsburgh Business Times C-Suite Award and the New Pittsburgh Courier's Woman of Excellence recognition.

Her board service spans healthcare, higher education, cultural institutions and corporate governance.
