Alicia Boler-Davis (NNPA)—Alicia Boler-Davis was named by General Motors as senior vice president of global quality and global customer experience, the company announced Friday. Boler-Davis, who has held various engineering and manufacturing leadership positions for GM, managed the customer experience division nationally for the company before her recent appointment.
