(AP) — A Ventura County man who refuses to shut off an illegal, flashing-neon anti-Mitt Romney sign in his front yard has been arrested. The Ventura County Star reports (https://bit.ly/11XErlY ) 59-year-old Steven Showers of Newbury Park was taken into custody after a hearing Monday.
