CAROLYN CHEEKS KILPATRICK DETROIT (AP) — Former U.S. Rep. Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick and a handful of other ex-members of Congress have agreed to preside over a series of hearings later this month on the existence of extraterrestrials.
