Out & About with Brotha Ash

This week I visited Billy’s Gold Door in Homewood, the Miller Street Church of God in Christ in the Hill District, Matrix in Station Square, CJ’s in the Strip District, Shadow Lounge in East Liberty and the Red Onion in the Hill District.

My first stop was at Billy’s Gold Door where everyone came out to hear great music and enjoy delicious food. I have to shout out Webb, Eric and Pooder for always holding it down at the Gold Door.

My next stop was the First Church of God in Christ where birthday girl Donna celebrated her big day with family and friends. Thanks for the invitation and may you have many more.

My next stop was at Matrix and the last time anyone will be there because they are officially closed down. I wanted to show some love to Matrix since this was the grand finale. Of course a lot of familiar faces were in the building like B. Marshall, Sexy Sharmyn, Mike Dean and many more. I also made a quick stop past Pharoah’s Night Club in the Strip District to show some love.

My next stop was at CJ’s where we enjoyed DJ Sly Jock on the 1’s and 2’s playing hit after hit. Even though it was bitter cold outside, CJ’s was packed with people.

My next stop was at the Shadow Lounge where I always stop before I head home. You can always find something going at the Shadow Lounge. This week it was Boom Bapp Effect featuring Stretch at the host.

My final destination was at the Red Onion where the place was wall to wall with folks from all over out to enjoy the new establishment. You have to come and check this place out because it’s hot.

You know Brotha Ash has a REAL CONNECTION to the community. Send all your information to info@BrothaAshProductions.com and I’ll see you next week OUT AND ABOUT!!
