Birthday celebrations were all the rage at the Black Beauty Lounge in the Hill District.
This week I visited Robert E. Williams Park in the Hill District, Savoy Restaurant in the Strip District, North Side Elks Lodge in the Hill District, Ava Lounge in East Liberty, Ace & Deuces Lounge in Uptown Pittsburgh and the Black Beauty Lounge in the Hill District.
My first stop was at Savoy Restaurant in the Strip District where Happy Hour was in full effect featuring great food and a fantastic atmosphere.
My next stop was at the North Side Elks Lodge where the “Old School Cabaret” took place and everyone came out to get their party on the for the weekend.
My next stop was at Ace & Deuces Lounge in Uptown Pittsburgh where folks came out to enjoy a great Friday night evening.
My next stop was at the Ava Lounge in East Liberty where DJ Vex was on the 1’s and 2’s doing his thing for the crowd.
My next stop was at the Black Beauty Lounge in the Hill District where birthday celebrations were taking place.
My final destination was at Robert E. Williams Park in the Hill District where Jay Vaughn’s 3rd Annual Schenley High School All Alumni Class Reunion with everyone in their “red and black” attire for a festive picnic featuring Roland Ford and the Soul Line Dancers.
