SEPT. 10—The African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania will host its Business Institute from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Koppers Building, 9th floor, 436 Seventh Ave., Downtown. Greg Kozera, regional sales manager of Nabors Completion & Production Services, will speak on the topic, “Opportunities for Small Business in the Marcellus Shale & Beyond.” Each participant will receive a copy of Kozera’s book.
