Neighborhood Connections Day
SEPT. 27—Beulah Presbyterian Church, 2500 McCrady Rd., Churchill, will host a Neighborhood Connections Day from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. The event will be held to connect neighboring communities and will include a book fair, free children’s activities and visits from community helpers. HIV/AIDS Awareness Walk
OCT. 4—The McKeesport Collaborative will host the 14th Annual Mon Valley HIV/AIDS Awareness Walk at 8:30 a.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 716 Walnut St., McKeesport. The 2.2-mile walk is to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS as well as funds for the programs of the Collaborative. A continental breakfast will be served.
