The Second Step
    NOV. 21—The University of Pittsburgh Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence’s will host “ The Second Step: Developing a Business Plan” from 7:30-10:30 a.m. at the University of Pittsburgh, Mervis Hall, Roberto Clemente St., Oakland. Attendees will learn about operational and production planning, conducting market research and creating financial planning spreadsheets to attract funding for one’s business.
