Update: Arrest made in Shadyside bank heist

PITTSBURGH, PA – Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Robbery Squad has arrested Clarence Troutman, 38, of the Northside, in connection with a bank robbery in Shadyside on December 23.
 
Video surveillance shows a black male enter the First Niagara Bank, 810 S. Aiken St. He is 6 feet tall, 210 pounds, and has a mustache and beard. He was wearing a black hoodie, black tassel hat, and light colored Carhardt-type pants.
There were no customers in the bank at the time. The actor approached a teller and asked for change for a $5 bill. After the teller gave him the change, he demanded that the teller empty the drawer of cash. He left the $5 bill as he fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
